Welcome to www.hireshva.com. By accessing or using this website and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our site or services.

1. Services Provided

We provide digital services including, but not limited to:

Website Design (Tiered packages)
Flyer Design (Editable Canva format)
Social Media Content Creation (including Canva-based graphics and content guides)

All services are delivered remotely and are digital in nature.

2. Payment & Refunds

Payment is required in full or based on the schedule outlined on the selected package before any work begins.
All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
If you choose not to proceed after purchase but before work starts, a partial refund may be considered (minus admin or consultation time).
We reserve the right to refuse service if payment is not completed or if requested materials are not received in a timely manner.

3. Client Responsibilities

After payment, clients are required to email the following materials (depending on service selected):

Business name, contact info, and branding assets (logo, colors, fonts)
Content for pages, captions, or design materials
Access to any accounts necessary to complete services (e.g. domain, hosting, Canva collaboration)

Failure to provide content or communication within 14 business days may result in the project being delayed or canceled without refund.

4. Turnaround Time

Estimated delivery timelines are listed with each service tier or package.
Turnaround time begins after all required content is received.
Delays due to late submissions or lack of communication from the client may result in adjusted delivery dates.

5. Revisions

Each service includes a set number of revision rounds as outlined in the package.
Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may be charged at an hourly or flat rate.

6. Canva Designs

All flyer and social media designs are delivered in Canva format.
You will receive an editable link to your files for future use.
It is your responsibility to save and manage access to these files after delivery.
We are not liable for changes you make to the files after delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content, logos, or branding assets you provide.
We retain the right to showcase completed designs (with your permission) in our portfolio or on social media, unless otherwise agreed upon.
All custom designs created by us may not be resold, redistributed, or repurposed for resale by the client.

8. Cancellations

You may cancel a project before it begins. Once work has started, cancellations are non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel a project due to lack of communication, disrespectful behavior, or breach of these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services or website. We cannot guarantee specific results or business outcomes from design or content services.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of those changes.
